Glenn TaylorFounder Glenn Taylor brings decades of experience with financial firm recruiting, having built one of the largest executive recruiting firms on Wall Street. Mr. Taylor’s unique introspective style has made him the top recruiter at multiple Wall Street firms for many years running. Having witnessed many cycles within the industry over his many years at the helm, Mr. Taylor leads with his pragmatic style of thoughtful execution and integrity.

Carol Kirk

Carol Kirk joins Taylor Steele Associates with a diverse background. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology from Florida State University, she spent her early years in sales where she was consistently the top salesperson in her area. More recently, she has been a franchise business owner with multiple locations. Carol is uniquely qualified to bring people together with an understanding of human behavior and business. She enjoys time with her family, swimming, reading, and as a former NCAA bowler in college, she still likes to light up the lanes.

Hank Yunes joined Taylor Steele bringing 35+ years of diverse business experience. As a CPA with a Master’s degree in taxation from the University of Florida, Hank has an exceptional financial background.  He has held senior executive positions in both private and public companies, including CEO and President of Procom Group, Inc., a publicly held real estate company.  He has spent many years recruiting, training and building senior executive teams. Hank’s strong interpersonal and negotiating skills make him a natural for our business, matching exceptional people with opportunities  that will allow them to prosper financially and continue to grow their businesses.

Paul Ivy

Paul Ivy joins the Taylor Steele and Associates team bringing with him two decades of professional phone sales. A graduate of New York State University, he brings with him over ten years as a commodities broker where he managed millions of dollars of client’s investments. His ability to connect with advisors on a visceral level enables him to establish an immediate rapport with prospective recruit candidates. Paul’s passions are music, golf, and sailing and resides in Des Moines, Iowa. His son, James, was a Corporal in the US Army and now lives in Iowa with his wife, Rachel, and daughter Sabina, and is working as an insurance adjuster at Progressive Insurance.

Joe Pergola
Director of Sales

Joe Pergola began his career in the Director’s Office of the Brooklyn Museum where he was mentored by Board Chairman, philanthropist and former President of Lehman Brothers, Robert S. Rubin. Joe left the nonprofit world to launch two international Fintech startups as President and VP of Sales. In Fintech he developed his recruiting and negotiating skills, attracting and retaining top talent while executing gainful exit mergers with Sage and Comcast. He has been a featured guest on iHeart Radio’s “The Small Business Radio Show” and always finds a way to exceed candidate and client value expectations. Joe deeply appreciates living in Orange County, CA with his business-owner wife and young daughter.
